Employees at State Engineering Corporation protest over 50 per cent salary slash! (VIDEO)

Date:

The employee collective of the State Engineering Corporation organised a protest today (01).

The protest was based on the non-payment of salaries on the due dates, the 50 percent slash in salaries, the government’s decision to scrap construction proposals and political vengeance.

The administration has also failed to announce a date for the settlement of the remaining 50 per cent of the salary and as there is a Minister in charge of the subject at present, immediate actions should be taken to resolve the matter, they said.
