Showers, thundershowers expected in a few provinces: Mainly fair weather to prevail elsewhere (Oct 30)

October 30, Colombo (LNW): Showers or thundershowers may occur at a few places in Sabaragamuwa, Central and Uva provinces after 4.00 p.m., the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather forecast today (30).

Mainly fair weather will prevail in the other areas of the island.

Mainly fair weather will prevail in the sea areas around the island.

Winds:
Winds will be South-westerly or variable in direction and speed will be (25-35) kmph.

State of Sea:
The sea areas around the island will be slight to moderate.
