Following a two-month-silence, former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has written on his Social Media congratulating the Sri Lankan Cricket Team and the Netball Team who won the Asia Cup.
His Facebook remark comes in for the first time since he fled the nation upon the July 09 uprising against the government.
