The Colombo Additional Magistrate’s Court today ordered that Uduwe Dhammaleka Thera be immediately arrested and produced before the court. This order has been issued due to Dhammaloka Thera’s failure to appear for an ongoing case in that court.
This case has been filed against Uduway Thero for disturbing the public through the use of loud loudspeakers by former Minister Milinda Moragoda and others.
The court decided to recall this case on October 31.
