Silent protest against Channel 4 exclusive on Easter bombing (PHOTOS)

Colombo (LNW): A silent protest was held in front of the British High Commission office in Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo this afternoon (07) against a documentary aired on British Channel 4 about the April 2019 Easter Sunday Massacre.

Calling the Channel 4 exclusive on the Easter bombing ‘a conspiracy’, the protesters demanded that the British television channel be banned.

The protest was organised by the ‘Movement to Build Nation and Reconciliation,’ and the protesters later submitted a communique’ to the British High Commission as well.
