Dollar rate at commercial banks today (Dec 27)

Colombo (LNW): The Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR) indicates sharp appreciation against the US Dollar today (27) in comparison to December 22, as per leading commercial banks in the country.

At Peoples Bank, the buying price of the US Dollar has dropped to Rs. 319.41 from Rs. 320.25, and the selling price to Rs. 330.60 from Rs. 331.41.

At Commercial Bank, the buying price of the US Dollar has dropped to Rs. 318.26 from Rs. 320.12, and the selling price to Rs. 329.25 from Rs. 330.25.

At Sampath Bank, the buying price of the US Dollar has dropped to Rs. 320 from Rs. 321, and the selling price to Rs. 329 from Rs. 330.
