Mohamed Uvais has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CEYPETCO).
Uvais previously served as the Chairman of the Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Company and resigned from his post in December, 2021.
Uvais is also a brother of former Justice Minister and Finance Minister Mohamed Ali Sabry.
