The railway controllers have started an emergency strike a little while ago.
The strike was said to be due to a problem with their overtime pay.
Railway department sources said that due to this strike, the trains scheduled to run today (30) may be delayed or cancelled.
However, it was also reported that a discussion has started between the trade unions of railway controllers and the General Manager of Railways.
