Public servants given grace period on Official Language Policy

The grace period given to public servants on the Official Language Policy of Sri Lanka through which they are required to master the languages they lack practice has been extended to 16.10.2024 from 16.10.2023.

The move has been made as per a recent Cabinet decision.
