Douglas Nanayakkara has been appointed as a member of the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL), following the subsequent resignation of two members.
The appointment has been made by President Ranil Wickremesinghe in his capacity as the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilisation and National Policies.
The appointment letter was forwarded to Nanayakkara by the Treasury Secretary three days ago (02), stating that his appointment stands in effect till July 16, 2024.
