Colombo (LNW): The deadline to submit appeals for the “Aswesuma” Welfare Benefit Scheme will end today (July 10).
As of now, more than 825,000 appeals have been received in this regard, according to Finance State Minister Shehan Semasinghe.
The Minister added that applications will be called again for the programme starting from the beginning of August, and that those who may have missed out on the previous round can apply again.
