NPP stages protest demanding end to robbing working people of their EPF, ETF (PHOTOS)

Colombo (LNW): The National People’s Power (NPP) together with activists and concerned individuals organised a protest demanding an end to the robbing of working people of their Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees’ Trust Fund (ETF) in front of the Colombo Fort Railway Station this afternoon (31).

Subsequent to the protest, a public rally was also held and Leader of the National People’s Power (NPP) and the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) Anura Kumara Dissanayake and other members of the party addressed the rally.

The event was attended by a large number of people.
