CBSL issues today’s (17) official exchange rates

Colombo (LNW): The Sri Lankan Rupee indicates a slight depreciation against the US Dollar today (17) in comparison to yesterday, as revealed by the official exchange rates list issued by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL).

Accordingly, the buying price of the US Dollar has increased to Rs. 314.78 from Rs. 314.45, and the selling price to Rs. 327.87 from Rs. 327.82.

Meanwhile, the Sri Lankan Rupee has slightly appreciated against several other foreign currencies including Gulf currencies.

However, the LKR value indicates depreciation against Pound Sterling.
