Colombo (LNW): The Natural Hazards Early Warning Centre of the Department of Meteorology today (22) issued a ‘caution’ level heat index advisory for some places in Northern, North-Central and Eastern Provinces and Moneragala District amidst the ongoing arid weather conditions.
