With 35 more Covid related deaths confirmed by the Director General of Health Services (DGHS) yesterday (07) the death toll due to the Covid-19 outbreak in Sri Lanka has climbed up to 15,656.
These deaths mark the highest figure after two months. The figure exceeded 30 on January 31, marking 32 fatalities.
The daily death toll was below 20 over the last month.
