Colombo (LNW): The national supermarket chain, ‘Lanka Sathosa’, has announced a price reduction for four essential food products.
According to a statement from Lanka Sathosa, the new prices are effective from October 26.
Price list:
- Samba Rice (1 kg) slashed by Rs. 06; new price – Rs. 222
- Red Rice (1kg) slashed by Rs. 03; new price – Rs. 169
- Chickpea (1 kg) slashed by Rs. 06; new price – Rs. 549
- Red Lentils (1 kg) slashed by Rs. 05; new price – Rs. 295.
