Report on Diana Gamage brawl to be submitted to Privileges Committee tomorrow (Nov 14)

Colombo (LNW): The report stemming from the inquiry into the altercation involving State Minister Diana Gamage and Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MPs Rohana Bandara and Sujith Sanjay Perera on the Parliament premises will be submitted to the Parliament Privileges Committee tomorrow (14).

Subsequent actions will be determined based on the findings of the committee’s investigation.

Deputy Speaker Ajith Rajapakse led the committee, with members including MPs Chamal Rajapaksa, Ramesh Pathirana, Gayantha Karunathilake, and Imtiaz Bakir.

The report will shed light on the incident and serve as the basis for any further actions or decisions by the Parliament Privileges Committee.
