SATHOSA Chief, who is believed to have been ousted, returns to work (VIDEO)

Date:

Attorney-at-Law Venura Gunawardena, the Chairman of SATHOSA who is said to have been ousted from his position with immediate effect over a financial fraud at the word of Trade Minister Bandula Gunawardena, has returned to work yesterday (15).

Upon query, the SATHOSA Chief stated that the allegations levelled against him were merely newspaper speculations and that he has not been suspended from work.

However, Deputy Chairman of SATHOSA Attorney-at-Law Thushara Dissanayake told media that Gunawardena had been fired from his position and that coming back to work saying that he had not received a letter of dismissal questions his ethics.
