- Defence State Minister Pramitha Bandara says SL has started “right sizing” its military to reach 150,000 by 2030: says the reduction won’t have any impact on national security since the forces would be strengthened with modern technology: reductions to be – Army to 100,000, Navy to 30,000, & Air Force to 20,000.
