News Govt issues new VAT-liable list effective from Jan 01, 2024 Date: December 12, 2023 Colombo (LNW): The government has issued the new value added tax (VAT)-liable list with effect from January 01, 2024. The list includes 95 items liable to VAT. These items have been removed from the exemptions list issued yesterday.
