The gazette was issued by Sports Minister Harin Fernando dated December 22, 2023. Below are the affected entities:

- Sri Lanka Kabbadi Association
- Sri Lanka Wrestling Federation
- Sri Lanka Bridge Federation
- Sri Lanka Roller Skating Association
