Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) will be raiding Colombo on March 15 and all the ‘gangster’ Ruling Party MPs are welcome to appear on that day, said SJB MP Chaminda Wijesiri, speaking to a briefing held in the Opposition Leader’s Office today (07).
A group led by Ruling Party backbencher MP Madura Withanage had organised a protest in front of the SJB Head Office in Kotte this morning and an egg attack was also launched at the office.
Denouncing the attack, MP Wijesiri noted that the SJB does not respond to such attacks in a juvenile manner. People like Withanage will have to suffer more than those who had submitted themselves to the government in a higher devotion, like Wimal Weerawansa and Udaya Gammanpila, he added.
MP Withanage, who according to the SJB MP had organised the attack, has become just another puppet in the government with no talent, Wijesiri further said.
