Former Minister Kumara Welgama Passes Away at 74

September 28, Colombo (LNW): Former Minister Kumara Welgama has passed away at the age of 74. According to family sources, he passed away while receiving treatment at a private hospital. Welgama was a prominent political figure in Sri Lanka and held various key positions throughout his career.
