NPP Wins Anuradhapura District with Over 64% of Votes

The Election Commission of Sri Lanka has announced the final results for the Anuradhapura District, where the National People’s Power (NPP) has achieved a decisive victory, securing more than 64% of the votes.

  • National People’s Power (NPP): 312,441 votes, winning 7 seats
  • Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB): 109,691 votes, winning 2 seats
  • New Democratic Front (NDF): 26,309 votes
  • Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP): 12,373 votes
  • Sarvajana Balaya (SRJB): 7,602 votes
