The Election Commission of Sri Lanka has announced the final results for the Ratnapura District, with the National People’s Power (NPP) claiming a decisive victory with more than 61% of the votes.
- National People’s Power (NPP): 368,229 votes, winning 8 seats
- Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB): 133,041 votes, winning 3 seats
- Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP): 29,316 votes
- New Democratic Front (NDF): 26,171 votes
- Sarvajana Balaya (SRJB): 10,485 votes
