The Election Commission of Sri Lanka has released the final polling division results for Sammanthurai in the Digamadulla District.
Key Results for Sammanthurai Polling Division:
- National People’s Power (NPP): 20,963 votes
- All Ceylon Makkal Congress (ACMC): 12,640 votes
- Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC): 9,922 votes
- New Democratic Front (NDF): 7,476 votes
- Ilankai Thamil Arasu Kachchi (ITAK): 5,265 votes
With these results, NPP topped the Sammanthurai polling division, followed by ACMC in second place.
