PM to deliver special message amid anti-government protests!

Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa is set to deliver a special statement today (11) at 07.30 pm, the Prime Minister’s Office announced.

The statement is in response to the country’s economic situation.

Nevertheless, the growing public protests throughout the country are demanding the resignation of the President and the Government and the massive protest organised at Galle Face two days ago (09) is continuing for the third consecutive day today.
