Government loses Ceylon Workers’ Congress’s support

The Ceylon Workers’ Congress has decided to support no confidence motion against the government, revealed Party Secretary General Jeewan Thondaman.

The decision has been taken after a lengthy discussion within the party and the leaders of the Ruling Party and the Leader of the Opposition, Sajith Premadasa have been informed in this regard, he added.
