Ravana 1 enters International Space Station !

The 'Ravana 1' satellite reportedly has entered to the International Space Station after a 36 hours journey yesterday (19).
On 18th, the shuttle carrying Ravana 1 launched from the NASA Centre in the state of Virginia to the International Space Station, and around 3 pm in Sri Lanka's time was successfully installed to the module of the Signus transportation shuttle located in the International Space Station faced to the Earth.
 
The Signus transportation shuttle will remain attached to the International Space Station till July 23, and from onwards will locate the Ravana 1 satellite into the orbit. 
 
The Ravana 1 satellite was built by Sri Lankan engineers Tharindu Dayaratne and Dulani Chamika.
