After assuming duties, the chairperson said she sought the support of all for a successful journey. She said she wouild give them the leadership, but that it was up to them to take the institution forward.
Keerthinanda is an acclaimed cinematographer, whose first film ‘Sulan Kirilli’ in 2003 won the awards for the best film and the best actress at the Dhaka International Film Festival in the following year. The film won many international awards, as well as Sarasavi, presidential awards and Signis awards.
She is a recipient of Kalashoori and Vishvakeerthi titles. Her second film Cinderella was screened in 2016.
