Election Commission reports 51 complaints in 24 hours amidst Presidential Election period

August 11, Colombo (LNW): The Election Commission has received 51 complaints in the last 24 hours related to the 2024 Presidential Election.

Of these, 25 were lodged with the National Election Complaint Management Centre, and 26 with District Centres.

Since July 31, a total of 320 complaints have been recorded, including one act of violence. The majority of these were directed to the National Centre.
