IMF envoys to visit SL today

Date:

A group of representatives of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) are set to arrive in Sri Lanka today (20).

During their visit, it is expected to initiate staff-level discussions on the financial assistance to which Sri Lanka has applied.

Accordingly, the IMF envoys will stay in Sri Lanka for about a week to hold the discussions, the PM’s Office said.
