Another request to the President to grant full presidential pardon to Ranjan (VIDEO)

A trade union has called on President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa to release former parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake, who is currently in jail for contempt of court.

Addressing a media briefing held in Colombo yesterday (01) the trade union leaders said that they hoped that Ranjan Ramanayake would be released on the 4th under a full presidential pardon.

Convener of the Samagi Petroleum Trade Union Confederation Ananda Palitha, President of the Government Nurses Association Saman Ratnapriya, and others were present.
