Last year was even more dangerous than World War II. SL will work for an economic revival this year – Dinesh

Date:

The Minister of Education Dinesh Gunawardena says that the country will work for an economic revival by strengthening the country’s economy within the next 12 months.

The world has not yet recovered from the covid plague. We however managed it in our country, but it’s not completely over. During this period, we were able to control the spread of the disease by vaccinating and shutting down workplaces and schools for months. Through that, we have now come forward. The economy is coming back to normal.

Last year was even more dangerous than World War II. From the budget of the Minister of Finance – Basil Rajapaksa, the project to start and complete at least one project for at least 14500 Grama Niladhari Divisions in Sri Lanka will commence in the next two months on the 3rd of February.

Priority will be given to livelihoods, agriculture, food production, other industrial training, as well as the enhancement of public facilities. This budget is a budget brought to the village. That is the reversal of the mandate you gave us ”

Minister Dinesh Gunawardena stated this addressing a function held yesterday (01).
