Imports and Exports (Control) Act to be debated in Parliament today

Colombo (LNW): The Parliament of Sri Lanka is set to convene today (23) at 09 am, and regulations under a number of acts including the Imports and Exports (Control) Act are to be debated today.

Accordingly, orders and regulations under the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, Sri Lanka Export Development Act, the Colombo Port City Economic Commission Act and the Strategic Development Projects Act are to be debated in Parliament today.

Meanwhile, the government is due to respond to oral questions, and time has been allocated for questions at the Adjournment between 05 and 05.30 pm.
