Coincided with the continuous strike action launched by the Academy of Health Professionals yesterday (07), a demonstration was carried out from the Vihara Maha Devi Park premises to the Ministry of Health.
The demonstration was carried out in the midst of a discussion between the trade union leaders and the officials at the Ministry regarding the strike action.
The discussion met to no avail and the strike action, therefore, would continue, tomorrow, the Union said.
