October 05, Colombo (LNW): Litro Gas Lanka Limited has decided to maintain its current retail prices for household LP gas cylinders throughout October 2026, providing consumers with a reprieve from any price increase this month.
The company confirmed that the existing rates will remain in effect for all three main domestic cylinder sizes.
The price of a 12.5-kilogramme cylinder will continue at Rs. 4,365, while the 5-kilogramme cylinder will remain priced at Rs. 1,750.
The smaller 2.3-kilogramme cylinder will continue to be sold for Rs. 815.
The decision means households will pay the same prices as in the previous month, with no adjustment announced for October.
