Police Clearance Online Application System Restored, Police Announce

Sri Lanka Police has announced that the online system for Police Clearance applications has been restored, allowing applicants to resume submitting their applications through the digital platform.

Applicants had been temporarily unable to obtain Police Clearance reports due to a technical malfunction affecting the online data system.

In a statement, the Police Media Division confirmed that the system had been restored and that online applications could be submitted again with effect from October 16, 2026.

Applicants seeking Police Clearance reports have been advised to visit the official Sri Lanka Police website at www.police.lk to submit their applications online.
